In a world where everyone knows the existence of vampires, there are always those who want to join the no longer hidden vampire community. Human hunting parties have started slaying anybody suspected of being a creature of the night. The population overall has decreased. Vampires have started slaying humans just for spite, and humans have grown angry and taken to killing vamps.
Vampresses have become royalty. There are so few of them now that they are protected like expensive yet priceless treasures, used only for the reproduction of the vampire race. It is not uncommon though for half-breeds to run around, male vampires who have run off with a human servant or females vamps just being seductive.
The vampires have taken to claiming parts of the city as there own. Fending off other vamps. Some of the more independent females have gotten fed up of being protected, unable to do a thing, and have taken to owning their own bits of the city. Some of the more cowardly vampires have taken to hiding.
Humans have either taken to hunting vamps, becoming servants, some in hopes of joining the vamp world, some are just as cowardly as the select few vampire cowards and are hiding. While others are just around to birth lowly half-breeds. But a new threat to the vampire lies in the shadows. Werewolves have started turning up. Two races to be exact. Viras and Zeevas. Viras being the old, four legged race of werewolves, and Zeevas being the new race. The ones we think of today. The two legged killing machines. Now, not only are the vampires fighting against the humans, but the werewolves.
What will you do?
8.9.09: New layout is coming up soon. New members gallore. Removed a few accounts. Werewolves have been added and the clan boards are being expanded. 7.9.09: We will be introducing werewolves here shortly. In the seventeenth century it was found out that the human race wasn't as alone as they thought they were on the planet they called home. Thinking they were the superior race. Until one day scientist discovered a new human race which they named homo superior for their odd abilities to control a variety of elements and things that blew away the average humans minds. Of course once the word leaked out to the world a wide pandemic spread about what these people, who had been nicknamed mutants, could do to them. They were sent to ghettos to hopefully restrain the mutants from over throwing the 'normal' people.
During their time there the scientists were being paid by business owners to hopefully find a 'cure' for the mutants to change them to 'average people' so they couldn't cause any harm. Somehow though, plently of mutants got free and escaped out in to the world to live a 'normal' life though many live their lives in fear. Many of these mutants escaped to Clearlake, California a small town where people seemed to go to escape their old lives. A place where the world seemed to connect in one spot where there was ocean, forests, and of course a small but thriving town. Will they be able to make peace with a race they should be dominating?
